Busy specialty clinic needing a Full-time outside Medical Imaging Scheduler:

Medical Office experience required. Professional, mature individual needed for a busy clinic environment to schedule patients for outside imaging ordered by our Physicians and other Providers.

Responsibilities include:

Excellent phone communication skills
Able to prioritize and time management skills
Able to multi-task - phone calls, receiving orders for imaging and heavy phone skills with outside facilities and patients.

This job consists of mostly sitting. Some walking through the clinic to speak to your nurses.
No heavy lifting

Work hours:

Monday - Thursday 8:00am - 5:00pm
Friday - 8:00am - 3:00pm
