CERTIFIED MEDICAL ASSISTANT/CNA NEEDED FOR BUSY SPECIALTY CLINIC IN LAFAYETTE FOR A MA FLOAT POSITION. (CLERICAL AND CLINICAL DUTIES)

CANDIDATE MUST POSSESS EXCEPTIONAL PEOPLE SKILLS, ABLE TO MULTI-TASK AND BE A TEAM PLAYER. THIS POSITION REQUIRES THE CANDIDATE TO HAVE WORKED IN A FAST-PACED CLINICAL SETTING FOR AT LEAST 3+ YEARS.

KNOWLEDGE OF EMR IS A MUST.

EMPLOYEE MUST BE FLEXIBLE TO FLOAT INTO DIFFERENT CLERICAL AND CLINICAL POSITIONS TO FILL VOIDS IN STAFFING.

DUTIES INCLUDE ROOMING PATIENTS, TAKING NECESSARY VITALS, REVIEWING CHART HISTORY TO PREPARE FOR CLINIC, CHECKING PATIENTS IN, CALLING TO SCHEDULE APPOINTMENTS, COORDINATING CARE WITH OTHER PRACTICES, RETURNING PATIENT PHONE CALLS AND SOME HANDS ON PATIENT CARE.

THIS IS A FULL TIME POSITION. MONDAY-FRIDAY
